Participate in various design and development projects with automation project

Develop the control system include PLC controller for automation systems

Strong programming skills in particular PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, preferred)

To work out the technical solution for the whole structure of hardware

Knowledge of MCU, Arduino is preferred

Handle process and production of mobile robot from process setup to final function testing

Hands on experience in mechanical assemble, electrical components installation, etc.

Follow up supplier quality and technical issues

Follow up production technique and issues

Improve production quality and final product testing

Lead to setup production process and testing criteria of products prototype/pilot build

Transfer product to OEM supplier for volume production

Co-ordinate with OEM supplier on outsource manufacturing process

Manage schedule, cost control of production

具有自动化专案设计、开发及控制设计相关知识和经验。

具有产业机械设计或机电整合知识，能应用AutoCad和Solidworks 绘图和作技术分析。

具有机械识图能力、伺服控制与理论计算，空、油压基本槪念，有相关机械设计经验者尤佳。

负责机械设计制图，设备组装，零部件和成品测试，设备效率优化改善。

与电气、电子及网络工程人员共同开发或改善机器人，优化设计，整合机构材料的测试与选用。

协助生产设计及制作工装夾具。

本科或大专，硕士或博士生优先。

熟练掌握各种质量及统计工具应用，英语，计算机操作。   

具备独立分析和解决生产产品品质异常的能力。   

负责新产品导入、试产的安排、生产指导，现场异常问题的及时排除。   

制定、检讨及完善生产工艺、产品性能及结构。具体包括工艺指导书的编写，ECN制定，夾具制作等。   

排查与整改生产过程工艺隐患。   

组织新产品试产与提交产品试产工艺问题及改善建议的总结报告。   

制定生产批次BOM。   

本科或大专。

Handle product design from conceptual to production

Review 3D details during design stage and propose appropriate materials and mechanical change to improve effectiveness of both design and manufacturing process

Conduct computer simulation for mechanical design to ensure fulfillment of design requirement before manufacturing

Major design automation equipment and automatic guided vehicle (AGV)

Manage budgets, timescales and specifications with the customers and suppliers

Prepare project proposal, schedule and budget etc

熟悉非标自动化设备装配生产、调试及出厂检测   

能看懂工程图档和Solidwork或ACAD图档   

熟悉常规装配工艺和测试工艺，懂气缸，导轨，传感器等元器件的装配调试   

动手能力强，能使用常用装配工具，会简单使用铣床   

懂简单的PLC控制原理，能看懂接线图; 熟悉配电柜内、外配线   

熟悉光电开关、电磁阀、气缸、变频器、电机、编码器等电控料件，並能根据电气工程师的设计图纸进行电气配线安装及调试工作
