About the job

Handle process and production of mobile robot from process setup to final function testing
Hands on experience in mechanical assemble, electrical components installation, etc.
Follow up supplier quality and technical issues
Follow up production technique and issues
Improve production quality and final product testing
Lead to setup production process and testing criteria of products prototype/pilot build
Transfer product to OEM supplier for volume production
Co-ordinate with OEM supplier on outsource manufacturing process
Manage schedule, cost control of production

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge in production process setup, jig and fixture conceptual design
Knowledge mechanical drawing and 3D drawing review
Strong trouble shooting of production issues
Knowledge in electrical components function and testing
Strong communication technique with stakeholders such as R&D engineer
Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality system is prefered
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
We are based in Hong Kong but frequent travel to Shenzhen factory (day trip) is required.
We offer 5 days work per week

Degree/ Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering related disciplines.
3 years working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
